About Veterans For Financial Freedom
Creating Confident Owners
During our military careers, we found opportunities for growth in real estate that allowed us to passively generate income and grow our portfolios while on active duty. But, we’ve also learned how to be homeowners, maximizing our efficiencies with benefits like the VA loan, and learning painful lessons along the way.
We firmly believe that active duty and military veteran deserves the American dream that they fight and train to protect.
For that reason, we’ve created tools and partnered with incredible real estate professionals so that we can remove some of the most common barriers to entry into real estate for you and make your journey as smooth as possible.
Investing in real estate has been one of the most important decisions I've made in my life. I have slowly acquired 4 properties over the past 5 years in the Navy, generating passive income that is making my transition off of active duty a breeze.
I had no clue what I was doing when it came to purchasing a property. But looking back, it was not nearly as daunting as it first seemed. The VA home loan is such a good and under appreciated tool for military members and veterans. I would not have been able to acquire my first home without it.
I didn't know much about the home buying process and as an active duty military member I had access to a VA loan. Nate was able to explain all the nuances of buying a home using the VA loan versus a conventional home loan.
